Quotations
Guide prices are indicative only. A final quotation depends on the agreed project scope, requirements and delivery schedule.
Project scope
The agreed quotation will set out the work, expected deliverables and revision allowance. Additional work may require a revised quotation.
Payment
Payment timing and methods will be confirmed before work begins. T GRIBBEN LTD earns revenue from fees charged for graphic design and branding projects.
Client materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to provide and use all text, images, trademarks and other materials supplied for a project.
Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights for final approved work will be stated in the project agreement. Working files, unused ideas and preliminary concepts remain with T GRIBBEN LTD unless otherwise agreed.
Timelines
Delivery dates depend on timely feedback, content and approvals. Material changes or delayed feedback may affect the schedule.
Portfolio use
Completed work may be displayed in the T GRIBBEN portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
